The Woodridge playset is the ultimate in pre-boxed playsets. Manufactured from large dimension 10cm x 10cm (4" x 4") cedar wood and featuring a fantastic high level cabin, porch and sundeck that can all be accessed up the challenging rockwall and through the tunnel! There is a large and spacious upper deck area for sitting with friends, and plenty of cover should the sun be too hot or if it should start to rain. The speedy slide comes from the upper deck, which can also be accessed via the flat step ladder.
The lower level has a large play deck with wall rails and a sandbox area to keep the little ones amused. There are also two high quality belt swings and an aerobatic bar for fun times swinging and chatting with friends.

Warranty
Manufacturers Limited Warranty
The manufacturer states that the product is free from defect in materials and workmanship for a period of one (1) year from the original date of purchase. This one (1) year warranty covers all parts including wood, hardware, and accessories. All wood carries a five (5) year pro-rated warranty against rot and decay. Refer to the schedule below for charges associated with replacement of parts under this Limited Warranty. In addition, the manufacturer will replace any parts within the first 60 days from date of purchase found to be missing from or damaged in the original packaging. This warranty applies to the original owner and registrant and is non-transferable. Regular maintenance is required to assure maximum life and performance of this product and failure by the owner to maintain the product according to the maintenance requirements may void this warranty. Maintenance guidelines are provided in the Owner's Manual provided by the manufacturer.
This Limited Warranty does not cover:
- Labour for any inspection or Labour for replacement of any defective item(s)
- Incidental or consequential damages
- Cosmetic defects which do not affect performance or integrity of a part or the entire product
- Vandalism, improper use, failure due to loading or use beyond the capacities stated in the Assembly Manual.
- Acts of nature including but not limited to wind, storms, hail, floods, excessive water exposure
- Improper installation including but not limited to installation on uneven, unlevel, or soft ground
- Minor twisting, warping, checking, or any other natural occurring properties of wood that do not affect performance or integrity.
The manufacturer states that the product has been designed for safety and quality. Any modifications made to the original product could damage the structural integrity of the unit leading to failure and possible injury. Modification voids any and all warranties and the manufacturer will accept no liability for any modified products or consequences resulting from failure of a modified product.
This product is warranted for RESIDENTIAL USE ONLY. Under no circumstance should the product be used in public settings, such use may lead to product failure and potential injury. Any and all public use will void this warranty.
This Warranty gives you specific legal rights. You may have other rights as well which vary from state to state or country to country.

Great Value for Money

A great playset. We got a good deal by buying early season. My 2 1/2 yr old absolutely loves it. She plays on it everyday. It looks great, very sturdy. I'm an avid DIYer and it took me a weekend, by myself, to assemble the entire set. Just by looking at the picture of the set and the description of the boxes, anyone with DIY knowledge will realize it will take a bit of time to assemble. So I have no complaint in this area. Yes, definitely layout all of the pieces in similar piles and mark them. This will save a lot of time. The instructions were very simple and stepped you through things slowly. So, for value, it’s a real winner.

First thing you have to do is sort the wood which is all pre marked. The playset is huge standing as tall as the house!!!!. It is very nice, solid and the wood quality is great.. Two adults can stand up on the second level. When constructing some of the smaller pieces of wood will split so you should take some time and pre-drill the holes on the thinner pieces of wood. We had two drills on the go - one for holes and one to tighten screws and bolts, it saved us lots of time. We were two inexperienced people (one man and one woman) and it took us 2 weekends to finish it about 16 hrs total.

This is a GREAT cedar garden playset! It did take a very long time to put together (almost 20 hours over a weekend), but it is well worth it! . They love to have picnics on the top level . We also moved the slide to the front of the play system and the steps to the slide. It is working out much better that way. The kids love it, we would definitely recommend this playset!

I did a lot of product research and read customer reviews before purchasing this playset vs. others through other companies (both larger retailers and smaller local businesses). Climbing Frames UK were the cheapest in the Country on EVERY swingset they sold. The Woodridge is definitely worth the money. My two girls have played on it every day for at least 2 hours. We can't get them to come inside at night. Overall, it's very sturdy (held both my husband, 16 stone and his friend, 12 stone in the upper fort area). The fort at the top of the slide has a lot of head-room and the children have plenty of room up there to play. There's also a little cubby area under the fort which is great. My husband had a friend help him assemble this but it was pretty much a one-man job with the exception of putting on the roof. It took him a total of 18 hours to assemble by himself - this included the sorting of the parts and pieces- everything came clearly marked. We didn't have one bad thing happen with the installation.
Great Set for the Money.
Definetly worth the extra money - Selwood Adventure Playsets Woodridge Wooden Backyard Playground The Woodridge set is really nice. I would highly recommend it to a friend. The normal cons and bad things about it is the assembly of course. It does have a nice storage area underneath the bench for her toys and what not, but I'm still going to buy a small picnic table for her. The "fort" is really nice and big too. With the great play area underneath. She loves the set and it's really sturdy. We almost spent £6000 on a Rainbow and could believe what we got with the Woodridge for less than half the money.
