Manufacturers Limited Warranty

The manufacturer states that the product is free from defect in materials and workmanship for a period of one (1) year from the original date of purchase. This one (1) year warranty covers all parts including wood, hardware, and accessories. All wood carries a ten (10) year warranty against rot and decay. Refer to the schedule associated with replacement of parts under this Warranty. In addition, the manufacturer will replace any parts within the first 60 days from date of purchase found to be missing from or damaged in the original packaging. This warranty applies to the original owner and registrant and is non-transferable. Regular maintenance is required to assure maximum life and performance of this product and failure by the owner to maintain the product according to the maintenance requirements may void this warranty. Maintenance guidelines are provided in the Owner's Manual provided by the manufacturer.

This Limited Warranty does not cover:

• Labour for any inspection or Labour for replacement of any defective item(s)
• Incidental or consequential damages
• Cosmetic defects which do not affect performance or integrity of a part or the entire product
• Vandalism, improper use, failure due to loading or use beyond the capacities stated in the Assembly Manual.
• Acts of nature including but not limited to wind, storms, hail, floods, excessive water exposure
• Improper installation including but not limited to installation on uneven, unlevel, or soft ground
• Minor twisting, warping, checking, or any other natural occurring properties of wood that do not affect performance or integrity.

The manufacturer states that the product has been designed for safety and quality. Any modifications made to the original product could damage the structural integrity of the unit leading to failure and possible injury. Modification voids any and all warranties and the manufacturer will accept no liability for any modified products or consequences resulting from failure of a modified product.

This product is warranted for RESIDENTIAL USE ONLY. Under no circumstance should the product be used in public settings, such use may lead to product failure and potential injury. Any and all public use will void this warranty.

This Warranty gives you specific legal rights. You may have other rights as well which vary from state to state or country to country.

Please note, where a curved slide is part of the set you have purchased, please ensure this is checked upon delivery for any scrapes/scrathes etc.  Please note this on the POD and contact us straight away. If the POD is signed clear and then damage is noticed afterwards, charges may apply for replacement pieces.

Windemere is a great playcentre

The Windemere is a great swing set. The kids love it. The best feature I liked about this is the play house area with Chalk Board. My 5 year old loves to draw and this is a great place for him.  It is well worth is since the other places I was looking at were almost 3 times the price. I would recommend this to those cost savey shoppers. It is a great wooden swingset.

Windemere was our choice over the Pathfinder

I had been shopping around for a wooden swing set for my two year old daughter when I found this one on the internet at climbing frames UK.  I was about to buy the Pathfinder Playset and then realised that the Windemere offered so much more.  I though it sounded a little to good to be true because of the price, all the other comparable modles were alot more expensive then this one. After reading the reviews I deceided to go ahead and order it.  It arrived at the house on time in two boxes and it was exactly as promised. It took almost A weeekend to assemble it, my Dad worked alone for the most part. The only complaint he had putting it together was that it was a bit difficult to distingish what piece of wood went where as they arent labeled. Anyway it went up easy and quickly. It is very strudy and my little girl is having all the fun we anticipated she would on it. It was absolutely worth every penny.

Windemere is Fantastic

For the price of this swing set, there is no way you can possibly beat this. I've checked around at several other websites and retailers and just the hardware alone is worth twice what I paid for the whole set. It is very rigid, it has an amazing slide that is the logest you can get on a 4ft deck and a rockwall and rope ladder. With my daughter and 4-year-old niece and nephew all playing on it there is no play at all. It gets used on a daily basis and is the best thing I've bought in years

4 Years Later and its still great

I purchased a Windemere mark 1 about 4 years ago. Everything said here about the Windermere and the ease of setup and quality is true.  I cant beleive that an £899 Swingset is still going so strong!

Cant say enough - its great

I cannot say enough good things. I got right through to a person at Climbing Frames Uk, she knew that set inside out.  She even knew the warranty information (the wood is covered for 12 years!) I was very satisfied with the customer service and loved the product when it arrived.

Easy to build!

Took my husband and his son (age 20) about 9 hours together to put this up! Our boys (ages 3, 2, and 1) absolutely love it! :) I will say that it did help that my husband had everything labeled and separated before they started.  I would highly recommend this product! :)
