Can I just say that the customer service we’ve received has been fantastic, from ordering the product to delivering it was less than a week and it was delivered first thing in the morning (7.30am to be precise). The sandpit has arrived today and although we weren’t in it was placed in a safe place out of site.

I love this set, I didn’t really want swings, but I have 3 boys, so was thrilled to see a set that just had a slide and the onkey bars. My kids love them. Anyway, placed the order over the phone, the lady was very nice and answered all the questions I had about the frame. The delivery lady called the next day and arrange delivery for later that week whcih was quicker than expected. Bit annoyed about the delivery as it arrived at 7.30am!!! but anyway, gave us plenty of time to start installing. Looks great in the garden, the boys love it!! Well chuffed with the purchase.
I was lucky enough to get one of these - I think they were out of stock or had very limited numbers. Anyway, the lady found out they had a spare one so I got it. It was delivered within about 7 days and the driver was ever so helpful in dropping it where I asked. I couldn’t believe it was all in one box but it was. We waited for the weather to turn and decided to get it built before the kids got back from school. The manual was ok, bit like a giant furniture flat pack manual but it was ok. Got it all sorted and built wihtin about 6 hours and it looked great. Perfect for the kids and ideal fro my garden, just slotted in. Would definatly recommend.

The strong powder coated steel corner brackets fully enclose the swing beam caps the swingset legs in the 250mm tubes to ensure maximum safety and ragidity. These are screwed in place to ensure the legs are retained and the bracket is rigid on the top swing beam.

The Columbia climbing frame is a consistant best seller for Climbing Frames UK. With it’s European look and feel, it maximises the best play features within a compact size. The Columbia, introduced in 2010 as an upgrade for the Pathfinder is a wonderful cubby house set which has carried through many of the popular features.
Consisting of a 3 position swing beam featuring 2 belt swings and a 2 child glider, all with soft grip ropes, this can occupy at least 4 children at one time. But the features do not stop, as there is a 2.2m wavy speedy slide with high railed sides which ensure your child is 100% safe as they descend the play fort.
