Limited Warranty

All wood carries a ten (10) year warranty against rot and decay. We warrant that this product is free from defect in materials and workmanship for a period of one (1) year from the original date of purchase. This one (1) year warranty covers all parts including wood, hardware, and accessories.

In addition, Selwood Products will replace any parts within the first 30 days from date of purchase found to be missing from or damaged in the original packaging. This warranty applies to the original owner and registrant and is non-transferable. Regular maintenance is required to assure maximum life and performance of this product and failure by the owner to maintain the product according to the maintenance requirements may void this warranty. Maintenance guidelines are provided in the Owner’s Manual.

This Limited Warranty does not cover:

- Labour for any inspection
- Labour for replacement of any defective item(s)
- The cost of freight/shipping (land or air) after the initial 30 days from purchase
- Incidental or consequential damages
- Cosmetic defects which do not affect performance or integrity of a part or the entire product
- Vandalism, improper use, failure due to loading or use beyond the capacities stated in the applicable Assembly Manual.
- Acts of nature including but not limited to wind, storms, hail, floods, excessive water exposure
- Improper installation including but not limited to installation on uneven, unlevel, or soft ground
- Minor twisting, warping, checking, or any other natural occurring properties of wood that do not affect performance or integrity

Any modifications made to the original product could damage the structural integrity of the unit leading to failure and possible injury. Modification voids any and all warranties and Selwood Products assumes no liability for any modified products or consequences resulting from failure of a modified product.

This product is warranted for RESIDENTIAL USE ONLY. Under no circumstance should a Selwood product be used in public settings. Such use may lead to product failure and potential injury. Any and all public use will void this warranty. Selwood Products disclaims all other representations and warranties of any kind, express or implied.

This Warranty gives you specific legal rights, however this does not affect your legal statutory rights.

Great Wooden Playset for the Price

Great playset for the money! - Selwood Adventure Playsets Skyfort Wooden Playset.  A great wooden playset. My 2 1/2 yr old absolutely loves it. She plays on it everyday. It looks great is very very sturdy and offers so much fun. I'm an avid DIYer and it took me a weekend, by myself, to assemble the entire set. Just by looking at the picture of the set and the description of the boxes, anyone with flat pack build knowledge will realise it will take a bit of time to assemble. So I have no complaint in this area. Yes, definitely layout all of the pieces in similar piles and mark them. This will save a lot of time. The instructions were very simple and stepped you through things slowly. So, for value, for looks and for play value it’s a winner.

Worth the extra money

Definetly worth the extra money - Selwood Adventure Playsets Skyfort Wooden Playcentre. This set is really nice. I would highly recommend it to a friend. The normal cons and bad things about it is the assembly of course, it’s a big playset and will take time to construct. Once its built its worth the wait!   My children love the playset and it's really sturdy. I would not waste my money on a Rainbow when I got all this for my money.

My Girls Love the Skyfort

My girls love it - Selwood Adventure Playsets Skyfort Wooden Climbing Frame
I did a lot of research and read customer reviews before purchasing this playset vs. others through other companies (both larger retail chains and smaller local businesses). This swingset is definitely worth the money. My two girls have played on it every day for at least 2 hours. We can't get them to come inside at night. Overall, it's very sturdy (held both my husband, 200 lbs and his friend, 250 lbs in the upper fort area). The fort at the top of the slide has a lot of head-room and the kids have plenty of room up there to play. We did not utilize the sandbox underneath since we have a separate sandbox. My husband had a friend help him assemble this but it was pretty much a one-man job with the exception of putting on the roof. It took him a total of 18 hours to assemble by himself - this included the sorting of the parts and pieces- everything came clearly marked. We didn't have one bad thing happen with the installation.

Highly Recommended

Highly recommend this swing set - Selwood Adventure Playsets Skyfort Wooden Climbing Frame and Playcentre. I would highly recommend this swing set. Very sturdy, children love it.  I was able to construct this in one weekend, and I am by no means a carpenter. I was able to construct this with minimal help from my wife.  This is a 2 person project and can be completed in a weekend.   When its built - WOW,this play centre is totally amazing and has to be seen to be appreciated at the price.

Great Garden Playground

Great Garden Playground - Selwood Adventure Playsets Skyfort Wooden Climbing Frame.  The good: Quality of all parts and hardware is even better than it looks; the set is solid as a rock even with kids crawling, sliding and swinging all over it.  Lots of fun features and little crows nest   Clear instructions; not complicated to put together, just a long process.  The bad, The only way this set will go up in six hours is if you see Ty Pennington and his crew heading toward your house as you get started!!!! Helpful advice, Ideally, have three drills available: one for drilling pilot holes, one for screwing, and an impact gun for the bolts - this will save you hours of time.

Nice Set for the money

Nice set for the money! – Selwood Adventure Playsets Skyfort Wooden Playcentre
My 7 year old daughter loves it! Nice wood in my set no big splits or cracks, and all cedar construction. No missing wood pieces ,only thing I was short was the 4 bolts to hold swing beam on, ran to B&Q and picked those up. It took myself and my friend about 12 hours to put up. I'm pretty handy and he is a carpenter. Sort out all pieces before you start, made job a lot easier, We put some of it together in my garage, and took it out to the garden before it got to heavy. All in all for the money it is a nice set! We looked at rainbow, i could not justify spending £5000 on a Rainbow Swing Set when the Windsor was half the price.  Good choice!!!

Great Set for the Price

Overall this playset is very durable and well built. My husband is a carpenter and was very impressed with the quality of the wood  It took him and my father just about 15 hours to assemble the entire set. They are both very experienced builders with all the high-end tools needed to quickly put together the MANY parts. Nothing came pre-assembled, not even the roof! My son thinks this set is the best thing ever where he can look down at everyone from the great size clubhouse that easily fits adults up to 6' tall. The glider is also a big hit with him as he can glide alone or with a friend.

Great Look for the money

Great Look For the Money – Selwood Adventure Playsets Skyfort Wooden Playcentre.  It was a little time consuming to assemble, in all it took 3 people about 18 Hours, but it was worth it.  This set looks amazing. Makes me wish I was a kid again. We shopped around and looked at a lot of and were close to buying a set that was twice the money at Timberline but we read the reviews of the Skyfort and it looked like this would be a better deal. Boy was I amazed at how nice this set looked after it was put together! I went back and looked at a picture of the more expensive set and this set looks better. I am glad we came across this play set. My toddlers expression made everything worth it!

Stunning!

Stunning - Allow a weekend to build – Selwood Adventure Playsets  Skyfort Wooden Play Centre. We looked at buying a Modular Swing Set for about 5K last summer but got this one for less than a 1/2 the price and glad we did. If you are planning on putting this together in 1 day you will need three people, 2 cordless screw drivers and the most important thing would be at least 1 but preferably 2 power socket guns which would save at least ¾ hours. Also recommend just one person reads the direction and gets the wood and hardware for the other two to assemble. We found it much easier if one person focuses on the detailed instructions and directs the other two what to do and assemble.  Overall the set looks great and look forward to years of enjoyment for our 2 year old son.

Skyfort is a good playset

Good Playset – Selwood Adventure Playsets Skyfort Wooden Backyard Playground.  I was skeptical about the set since it was new and there were no reviews about it when I purchased. But after weeks of research it seemed the best buy for the money. After it was put together, I was extremely happy. It is very sturdy and there are a ton of things to do on. I would recommend it to anyone who doesn't want to commit to the higher priced sets.

Skyfort - We love it

Love it! – Selwood Adventure Playsets Skyfort Wood Gym Set:
This set looks so good! My son loves it! It seems really steady and durable. It took 3 of us about 10 hours or so to put together. And that was after 3-4 hours or sorting and organizing!!! And we are all very handy do-it-yourself kind of people. The instructions were very easy to read and follow. The rockwall and ladder are fun, my 2 yr old can make it up the ladder. The upper deck is 5ft high.  The swings are a big hit and they couldn't be steadier. They have big sturdy hangers. Overall I am very pleased with my purchase!
