Limited Warranty

All wood carries a ten (10) year warranty against rot and decay. We warrant that this product is free from defect in materials and workmanship for a period of one (1) year from the original date of purchase. This one (1) year warranty covers all parts including wood, hardware, and accessories.

In addition, Selwood Products will replace any parts within the first 30 days from date of purchase found to be missing from or damaged in the original packaging. This warranty applies to the original owner and registrant and is non-transferable. Regular maintenance is required to assure maximum life and performance of this product and failure by the owner to maintain the product according to the maintenance requirements may void this warranty. Maintenance guidelines are provided in the Owner’s Manual.

This Limited Warranty does not cover:

- Labour for any inspection
- Labour for replacement of any defective item(s)
- The cost of freight/shipping (land or air) after the initial 30 days from purchase
- Incidental or consequential damages
- Cosmetic defects which do not affect performance or integrity of a part or the entire product
- Vandalism, improper use, failure due to loading or use beyond the capacities stated in the applicable Assembly Manual.
- Acts of nature including but not limited to wind, storms, hail, floods, excessive water exposure
- Improper installation including but not limited to installation on uneven, unlevel, or soft ground
- Minor twisting, warping, checking, or any other natural occurring properties of wood that do not affect performance or integrity

Any modifications made to the original product could damage the structural integrity of the unit leading to failure and possible injury. Modification voids any and all warranties and Selwood Products assumes no liability for any modified products or consequences resulting from failure of a modified product.

This product is warranted for RESIDENTIAL USE ONLY. Under no circumstance should a Selwood product be used in public settings. Such use may lead to product failure and potential injury. Any and all public use will void this warranty. Selwood Products disclaims all other representations and warranties of any kind, express or implied.

This Warranty gives you specific legal rights, however this does not affect your legal statutory rights.

Sierra is a Great Playset

This is a great playset once you get it assembled. We used a Climbing Frames UK Installer and recommend this to anyone buying one.  It is well worth the price for your childrens enjoyment. It is sturdy and the red cedar is a plus as far as the looks of it.

Great Birthday Gift

We bought this playset for our daughter for her 1st birthday. We added a baby swing and she loves to swing on it everyday. Advice on construction, lay out all pieces and label them the night before you plan on starting construction. This will save you valuable time. Even with doing this, it will take 2 adults at least a day to build. Definitely worth it. It looks great and is very sturdy. Good quality for the price.

Wonderful Product

The playset is finally complete! It took 2 guys about 12 hours of diligent working. We do have some leftover parts! so maybe someone else has some missing, but we didn't!  I can't stop saying how cute it is and it looks like a higher end playset.  Make sure your ground is level. I thought ours was but apparently I'm not a good judge of level ground! Anyway my younger children (2 and 6) love it. My 11 year old is a little big for it but it will support her weight when she goes up to the Fort or uses the Swings.

Fantastic Value

I have to say the product is so cute when it is all set-up. it took my husband and father almost a weekend to set up the swing-set.  I noticed some boards were warped but as soon as they were out in the garden they straightened out. Also make sure you gather all the proper tools, having one screw gun, and one gun for drilling helps get the job done faster. Once it is finished it is stable and both my kids love it !!

Satisfied with the Sierra

I would advise spreading all of the wood out in your garden (or where-ever you plan to assemble this beast) and grouping up similar sized and styled pieces. Organize all of your hardware as well. Then start assembly. Each step has a list of pieces and hardware required; pretty good diagrams and directions. Take your time because your not going to finish it quickly even with multiple people helping you. I did it myself and it took me an entire weekend, going at a sensible pace. While you are putting it together you will appreciate how sturdy and well designed it is. If you follow the directions precisely, when it is complete it will be a very solid, safe, sturdy playset.  It is perfect for your children. I have four boys; the oldest is a set of 5 year old twins. They love this playset; as do I because it gives them lots of physical things to do.  I think it is well worth the money and time to assemble.

Flat Packed Genius!

After reading all of the other helpful reviews for this product on the Climbing Frames UK website my husband and I definitely knew what we were getting in to when we bought the Sierra Playset.  If you're wondering what the "catch" is with the seemingly low price – I that is it is “Flat Packed”. Great playset, great value and great fun.  My son loves it.

LOVE IT, LOVE IT, LOVE IT

My daughter loves her new Climbing Frame. My husband is a carpenter and it took him all Saturday & Sunday.  It is was well worth the wait. I would recommend this Play Centre to everyone. It looks fantastic too!! LOVE LOVE LOVE LOVE IT!!!

Great Swingset & Free Delivery

It's a nice Climbing Frame for a great price and we got Free Delivery. The assembly was difficult. I chose not to assemble one of the picnic tables because it didn't make much sense to have 2.  It's totally worth it in the end. My son loves it.

Fast Delivery & Great Playcentre

We ended up using the Climbing Frames UK install service. It took them about 10 hours! Their contractor charged us almost £400 but it  was worth while we still got a great looking wooden Play Centre for under £1600 delivered and built within our garden and order to completion was 7 days!!!!  The Sierra is adorable, and my 2 3/4 year old and her friends love it.

Great for children.

Since my sister & sister-in-law purchased the similar play set from TP Toys, we wanted something different from them, but we didn't want to pay incredible prices. After months of searching, we decided on the Sierra. Half the price of the TP wooden units and more play value. It took me an hour to stack and inventory the wood, but trust me, it is so worth the time. My son loves it and uses it everyday!

Good Assembly Instructions

The instructions were clear…we just took our time and checked the written instruction against the diagram and understand what to do next.  We planned on having the Climbing Frame ready for a birthday party on Sunday afternoon and that was no problem.  Separating the parts and taking inventory is a must.  The slide was a little tricky to build, but fantastic once constructed. Also, use a couple a drills and/or quick change drill bits/screw driver head will make setup much quicker and easier.  I jumped ahead in the instructions and built the forts and the Swing Beam so my son could play while I was finishing the rest of the set.  After completing the swing set seeing the smile on my sons face was enjoyment enough knowing we made a great purchase. I would recommend this product to everyone with small children. My son says “look at my house, my daddy made for me”. We think he likes it just a little!

Great Product - Great Price

My husband and I purchased this playset for our 2 year old daughter. The set comes in 3 8ft long boxes and you would not think everything could fit but it does. I was surprised because we were not missing any pieces. My friends and I sorted all the wooden parts, you have to physically measure them, find them on the list, and label each one with the correct reference letter. It starts with A-Z, then AA-AZ, then BA-BT. That's just for the wood. It took us about 2.5 hours to sort through all of them but it is 100% necessary.  We then hired a Climbing Frames UK installer to assemble the set. They advised we check the pieces, in case anything was missing and the installer be unable to complete the build on the day.  Sound Advice!!  It took about 11 in hours total for the installer to build. It is well worth the money, my child loves it.

Lots of pieces, but good instructions

I bought this for my grandson. Be prepared when its delivered, it comes in 3 large and heavy boxes. There are a lot of parts, make sure and sort them before you get started. Since we only had one power drill, I would get the parts together and my husband would do most of the assembly. It took us two and a half days to build It was a labor of love but my grandson LOVES it.  Make sure and pre-drill whenever you are advised to or the wood will split.

The swingset is simple to assemble if the recommendations are followed. But be aware that it will take some time, there are a lot of pieces but once organized it moves quickly. You must have two people and two sets of instructions. Either make a copy or you can print one from the Selwood Products Web Page.

Best Deal

We purchased this product for our 3 1/2 yr old and 1 1/2 year old after much comparison with other manufacturers. This took my husband probably about 12 hrs to put together over the course of about three days, with me having sorted out all of the pieces ahead of time which I highly recommend!  With two people working on it with no kids to take care of it would have gone much quicker! The playset is very sturdy and our older son loves the Fort and Monkey Bars  A great product for a fair price in fact Climbing Frames UK were £400 cheaper than anyone else on this product!

Great Price

We have older children and a 2 year old now. I was tired of going to our neighbours garden to use their playset !!!!  So, we started searching and found most were over £2000 Pounds. Luckily I found this one on-line at Climbing Frames UK.  It did take longer to put together than what one would expect, but it is so worth it! It has every feature you would wish for. It is just perfect. It looks spectacular with the cedar wood and green accents. It is a wonderful playset to have in our Garden and didn't break the bank! I would recommend this over and over. It will take a weekend to put it together, but if you are patient, it will be so worth it. Just wait to see your little one's smile on his face as he swings, slides and hides in the Fort.

Good Product

Good product cant complain. I found the reviews on this site very helpful in buying this product.  Good product for the money, I did not want to spend £2000+.  All of the hardware was labeled and bagged. It took me weekend to put it together with one helper. Our twins love it, they are 2 years old.

Happy with my purchase

Ordered online and recieved within 2 days!  We had researched quite a few different playsets and finally decided with the current economic situation we did not want to commit to an expensive Backyard Adventures Modular Set. Based on other reviews, this playset seemed to be decent quality for the price. Now that we have it, I would definitely agree. The image appeal is great, it is a very cute set. Took my husband a weekend to put it together. A couple minor pieces were missing, but we requested replacements online with Selwood Products and received them within days. Playset seems sturdy and safe. Our four-year-old and his friends are already giving it a run for its money. Surprisingly, the glider is the most popular item.  It has been a big hit in our neighborhood. We feel like we got a great product for the money. Would highly recommend.

Great Service & Great product

I used the Climbing Frames UK Install services to build this set, and it took a day.  There were a couple of damaged parts that I think happened in delivery.  I requested those pieces online through the Selwood Website listed in the manual and I received the parts 4 days later, free of charge. Looks like the picture and good buy.

Comes Pre_Stained and ready to use

I like this climbing frame. The children are having fun on it daily. It seems like a good value.  The wood was cut correctly and nicely rounded. The fort has many fun details, like the monkey bars, sandpit area, picnic table, craft table, slide & rockwall.  One thing to remember is that the manufacturer stained the set, but they say you need to stain it with a weatherproofing sealant also.

Great Price & Free Delivery

Great product for the price. We had the product shipped directly to us on Free Delivery. We highly recommend that you take the time to separate all of the pieces and label them ahead of time.  My husband is a builder and he put most of the playset together a couple of hours at a time in the evenings after work.   It's a beautiful set and the picture doesn't show half of the features!

Best Investment for the Kids ever

We got this for my two year old for her birthday. Best investment we have ever made. She plays on it every single afternoon. It did take us several hours to put together, but it is a wonderful product, we didn't mind the work.

Grandchildren love it

We read the other reviews before ordering and knew what to expect. It took 2 adults a 12 hour day to put this item together. We had to drill some pilot holes. I guess if all the parts were labeled, the Sierra would be much more expensive!!!  Our granddaughter really loves it, so it was worth it.

It is great! The children love it and have spent days outside. It does take a very long day to assemble, but it is so worth every minute to see the joy it have created. The only thing wrong is that I did not buy it sooner.

I think that if you are going to spend £1300 on a Wooden Play Centre set this is the one to buy.  I highly recommend it. I read all the reviews on this set before buying and took all the advice on building it. I was a little nervous because the largest thing I've put together is a book shelf.  I followed all directions as they are in the manual. I had no trouble with the instructions, all the screws and bolts were included and all the wood fit exactly as it should. My husband and I both climbed into it and we have a combined weight of approx. 22 stone. I really like this product and more importantly my kids love it!!!!

My Son Loves It

As others have stated before me, this product is a good buy for the price, BUT, the wood does split easily if you are not careful. It will take you TWO DAYS to assemble this set. You will need to separate and label pieces and do some pre-drilling on your own. The instructions are great. My 4 year old son LOVES this set. It definitely worth the time, price to see the joy my son gets out of playing in and around this set!

We bought this set for our 2 year old daugher and she loves it. Great value for the money but I do recommend that you label all parts before beginning construction of this set. Product reviews made up our mind

I read a lot of the reviews before I talked with my husband about this swing set. I was very pleased with how quickly the set was delivered in 3 BIG Boxes. We sorted the wood pieces and labeled them. The hardware was already neatly packaged which made it very easy to find what we needed when we put the swing set together. I would add that my husband and I do have experience in building things together so for us this was not difficult to follow or put together. Our littlest one is VERY happy with the playset and so are we.

Glad I Purchased Sierra

I really researched when shopping for a new Jungle Gym/Swing Set for my two daughters, ages 5yrs and 9mos. I looked at many different sets within a certain price range and the Sierra was by far the best (reviews/ratings). It took me approx 1 month of searching and reviewing before I made the purchase. My husband and I are very pleased with the set and my 5yr old LOVES it!! My husband and my father would both agree with all of the previous reviews as far as the assembly of the product.....Be sure to seperate all of your pieces and follow the directions step by step. They were able to get it assembled over a weekend. We have only had the set for approx 2 weeks and my daughter, nieces, nephews and neighbor kids have all had a great time playing on it. It is a very sturdy set that didn't budge during several strong storms with heavy winds. So, if you are looking to invest, I would highly recommend the Sierra.

Quick Delivery

The product is great and I would recommend it. The kids love it and cannot wait for the next day to use it again and again. The Sierra was promptly delivered. All the pieces were there. On fort upright was damaged, I called the Selwood Products hotline number and a new one was delivered within 3 busuness days. If you can label all items before assembling the set, that will be more than helpful. I did not do it; as a result .  Make sure to always drill holes before you use all screws if you want to avoid cracking the wood. Always level everything you install. It would make a big difference in the end if you don't. If I had to redo it again Climbing Frames UK offered the option of having it assembled by a professional, I would certainly take that option.  Enjoy the set!

Exceeded Expectations

This product far exceeded my expectations! My 21 month old daughter absolutely loves this play set.  As with most of the reviews it is quite challenging to put together. Labeling all of your parts is imperative. It took 2 adults 10 hours to complete the set and we had a fantastic time doing it.  I would highly recommend this product!
