Safety Testing Standards - Climbing Frames UK

Our outdoor toys are some of the best value and safest products on the market

Climbing Frames UK not only expect attractive and practical play equipment we also demand quality component parts and finish. We are meticulous when it comes to sourcing third party products and when we are using component parts supplied by third parties in our own manufactured products. Our outdoor toys are some of the best value and safest products on the market when compared to our competitors and other playset manufacturers because we know that in addition to having good play features for children and their families, customers also expect a wooden climbing frame or swing or playhouse to be robust, safe and ideally straightforward to construct.

Testing Procedures
The quality control procedures and the product safety testing policy must also meet our requirements before we consider importing their products. Our buyers use test reports to assess the product strength, durability and ease of construction. We inspect packaging to ensure that it is rigid and robust and will protect the products in transit. Only when we are 100% satisfied, we purchase. Our purchasing policy is so respected that many of our competitors use us to source or supply them with wooden playsets.

Testing Lab

All parts from Asia are tested by our own (QA) Quality Assurance inspectors or by Bureau Veritas before shipping. Secondary inspections on stock manufactured from America, or batch testing from Asian stock, is then carried out by our own internal quality control department.

The tests we use cover all component parts used in our sets including wood, metal, rope and vinyl. Some of the tests and equipment used are shown below.
