The Rocky Mountain playset is an attractive looking playset with a high quality finish. Designed for private gardens with home build in mind, the Rocky Mountain comes with everything you see in the pictures above.
There is a vast amount of play space for several children to use at once. The impressive wooden play deck has an area (2.13 m x 1.12 m) and a height of 1.5 m (5ft) and is sheltered by a two tier wooden roof complete with 2 wooden dormers. This part alone makes a great garden retreat for kids to play with their friends.
Safety is imperative with outdoor play equipment and as such the Rocky Mountain has extra design features to provide maximum safety for your child. There are metal safety rails to hold on to while climbing the flat step access ladder. It also comes with 2 metal hand grips which can be added to the entry points on the tower.
The solid wood rock wall has multi-coloured climbing rocks and a knotted climbing rope so children can learn to climb in different ways.
In addition, the Rocky Mountain playset has an extra long wave slide measuring 3m (10ft), 2 belt swings, a trapeze bar and a movable picnic table which can fit underneath the main tower or elsewhere in the garden.
This climbing frame is from our Premium range. Featuring large dimension lumber up to 10cm x 10cm (4inch x 4inch), higher deck heights at 1.5m (5ft) as standard and larger play decks. The higher deck means that the slide length is increased up to 3m (10ft), rockwalls are 30cm longer and there’s more standing room below the treehouse fort.

No concrete required! Our playsets have been designed so they can be built directly on top of the ground (a flat, level surface is required, grass is absolutely fine) and comes with fixing stakes which dig into the ground for extra stability.

Warranty
Manufacturers Limited Warranty
The manufacturer states that the product is free from defect in materials and workmanship for a period of one (1) year from the original date of purchase. This one (1) year warranty covers all parts including wood, hardware, and accessories. All wood carries a ten (10) year warranty against rot and decay. Refer to the schedule associated with replacement of parts under this Warranty. In addition, the manufacturer will replace any parts within the first 60 days from date of purchase found to be missing from or damaged in the original packaging. This warranty applies to the original owner and registrant and is non-transferable. Regular maintenance is required to assure maximum life and performance of this product and failure by the owner to maintain the product according to the maintenance requirements may void this warranty. Maintenance guidelines are provided in the Owner's Manual provided by the manufacturer.
This Limited Warranty does not cover:
- Labour for any inspection or Labour for replacement of any defective item(s)
- Incidental or consequential damages
- Cosmetic defects which do not affect performance or integrity of a part or the entire product
- Vandalism, improper use, failure due to loading or use beyond the capacities stated in the Assembly Manual.
- Acts of nature including but not limited to wind, storms, hail, floods, excessive water exposure
- Improper installation including but not limited to installation on uneven, unlevel, or soft ground
- Minor twisting, warping, checking, or any other natural occurring properties of wood that do not affect performance or integrity.
The manufacturer states that the product has been designed for safety and quality. Any modifications made to the original product could damage the structural integrity of the unit leading to failure and possible injury. Modification voids any and all warranties and the manufacturer will accept no liability for any modified products or consequences resulting from failure of a modified product.
This product is warranted for RESIDENTIAL USE ONLY. Under no circumstance should the product be used in public settings, such use may lead to product failure and potential injury. Any and all public use will void this warranty.
This Warranty gives you specific legal rights. You may have other rights as well which vary from state to state or country to country.
Please note, where a curved slide is part of the set you have purchased, please ensure this is checked upon delivery for any scrapes/scrathes etc. Please note this on the POD and contact us straight away. If the POD is signed clear and then damage is noticed afterwards, charges may apply for replacement pieces.

Great swing set!
We brought the Rocky Mountain for our daughter's birthday last month. It took my husband and his brother a good 10+ hours to put it together, but it was well worth it! She really loves going outside to play on it, and is out there every day at the moment – though I expect the novelty may wear off after a while. Nevertheless I am sure that she will be playing on this climbing frame for years to come!
Excellent product
Very impressed with the Rocky Mountain! It would have been nice if the wood had been labeled as the hardware was labeled. I put all the wood pieces out on the patio and labeled them before assembling. We put the hardware on a separate table and split it out into containers that we labeled. Everything was there, we even had a couple of pieces of hardware left over. I must admit, a playset this size does take some time to build. But of course, to see our grandchildren enjoying it now, it is well worth the work.
Great Purchase
This playset is fantastic value for money. My boys love it and it looks really good in our garden! With two people, sometimes three, it took us about 15 hours to put together in total. A long time, but well worth it. It didn't even seem like 15 hours because the instructions were so well mapped out – each stage is illustrated to help you through the build as much as possible. I would recommend the Rocky Mountain to anyone with no reservations.
Fantastic quality
After scouring the internet for the best playsets, we decided to go for the Rocky Mountain. I’m really pleased with it, it has everything we were looking for. Everything was packed really well and the instructions were fully illustrated so this made the build relatively simple, considering we’ve never build one of these before. It was actually quite fun working on this with my dad, we felt very proud of ourselves when it was finished. It’s sturdy, looks great and the kids love playing on it.
Rocky Mountain – an excellent playset
You definitely need to lay out all the parts, and make sure you are armed for the build with a couple of cordless drills to match the screws and bolts. The instructions are good, with sufficient detail and in a logical sequence. The quality of product is good as well - my girls love every part of the Rocky Mountain. I’d recommend having 3 people available to put this together. 2 to assemble and 1 person who does nothing but gather together the screws, nuts, bolts and boards together for the next step. This really helps to keep the work moving.
Easy to put together
We had 2 guys finish the build in 10 hours flat. A tip for others that you might find helpful: use multiple cordless drills. This makes the whole process go much quicker. The parts list was very useful and it was great that it was illustrated so you could identify the parts really easily, even if you have never seen these sorts of things before! Very pleased with the finished article, very good value for money.
