Climbing Frames UK works a number of different delivery solutions due to the size and weight variations in our products. Many of our products are large and heavy so only a select number of specialist couriers are able to deliver them. The size and weight of our boxes therefore means that delivery can be very costly due to the additional handling.
Delivery Address
When ordering we offer the option for you to have delivery to an address of your choice. This can be entered when you 'check out' and purchase the product of your choice.
European Delivery
Climbing Frames UK now deliver throughout Europe. Spanning from the west coast of Ireland right across to Eastern Poland, and from Northern Denmark right down to the southern tip of Spain and all countries in between. Simply choose your product and proceed through checkout as normal to pay on credit/debit card or by paypal. Please note: Normal delivery to UK mainland addresses is 7-10 days and European addresses is 14-21 days.
Home Delivery Service
We understand that people do not wish to pay excessive charges for their delivery, but we also appreciate that our customers can see through the 'free delivery' claims many other companies promote. We believe in being open and honest and admitting that distribution is costly and is definitely not 'free'. Our products are large and heavy, so delivery services are restricted and costly, although we do our best to minimise cost and delivery times these are not items which can be sent with a 24hr delivery courier.
We charge a low basic delivery fee for all customers both in the UK and throughout Europe. This delivery is based on a great value pallet service direct to your property. Normally deliveries take place between 7:30am and 6:30pm although in some circumstances it may possibly be earlier or later. You (a family member, or friend) must be available to accept and sign forthe delivery and must be willing to give the driver a hand if you wish to have the product delivered anywhere other than kerbside.
UPGRADE - For UK (mainland) customers we also offer an upgrade to a 2-man delivery service which enables you to have the boxes delivered if you're not in, or have the boxes moved into your garage or shed so you don't have to lug them about yourself. This optional upgrade to two-man delivery for a small additional fee detailed during checkout.
We subsidise all deliveries to ensure that our charges remain low. Please note, due to variations in box sizes and weights the delivery charges vary per product, and because we deliver throughout Europe the delivery also varies per postcode location. The quickest way to see the current prices for your postcode and on the service and product of your choice add it to the shopping cart and proceed through the first stages of the checkout process. All options and charges will be clearly shown before you commit to any payment.
UK Customers - Following completing your order and full payment our warehouse will contact you to book a delivery day (normally within 48hrs excluding Saturday, Sunday & Bank Holidays). Normal timescales from order to delivery are 7-10 days.
European Customers – Following completion of your order and full payment your product will be dispatched from our central distribution warehouse to your local country depot. This will then routed to your regional depot who will contact you directly to book delivery. Normal timescales from order to delivery are 14-21 days.
