Climbing Frames UK works a number of different delivery solutions due to the size and weight variations in our products. Many of our products are large and heavy so only a select number of specialist couriers are able to deliver them. The size and weight of our boxes therefore means that delivery can be very costly due to the additional handling.
UK (Mainland) Home Delivery Service
We understand that people do not wish to pay excessive charges for their delivery, but we also appreciate that our customers can see through the 'free delivery' claims many other companies promote. We believe in being open and honest and admitting that distribution is definitely not 'free' on products that are large and heavy, and that delivery services are restricted and costly, although we do our best to minimise cost and ensure swift delivery times with good service.
Normal delivery to UK mainland addresses is 7-10 days. When ordering we also offer the option (during the checkout process) for you to have delivery to an address of your choice. This delivery is based on a one-man curbside delivery direct to your property. Normally deliveries take place between 7:30am and 6:30pm although in some circumstances it may possibly be earlier or later. You (a family member, or friend) must be available to accept and sign for the delivery. If you wish to have the product delivered anywhere other than curbside then you need to select our 2-man delivery service upgrade (detailed below).
2-Man Home-Delivery Upgrade - For UK (mainland only) customers we also offer an upgrade to a 2-man delivery service. This service offers a number of benefits and advantages which include 'place of your choice' delivery, meaning the drivers will put the boxes anywhere you choose, and an unsupervised delivery, enabling you to have the boxes delivered if you're not in. If you wish to have the boxes moved into your garage or shed so you don't have to lug them about yourself, or if you know you have to make the school run then this is the perfect choice and is well worth the small upgrade charge. Note: Our drivers will not carry boxes through your house, upstairs or over wet/slippery/un-level surfaces).
Offshore & European Delivery Service
Normal timescales from order to delivery to offshore and European locations are 14-21 days. Climbing Frames UK deliver throughout Europe and even offer a collection service for countries we do not currently deliver to, so you can arrange for your carrier to come and collect from us. Simply choose your product and proceed through checkout as normal to pay by any of our safe and secure payment methods including bank transfer, credit/debit card, google checkout or by paypal. Please note: Following completion of your order and full payment, your product will be dispatched from our central distribution warehouse to your local country depot. This will then be routed to your regional depot who will contact you directly to book delivery.
