Free Delivery - Playset and Climbing Frame
Climbing Frames UK offers a selection of delivery service options our or play systems including our Free Delivery Service. The vast majority of our range has an optional basic Free Delivery Service, and a selection of upgrade options to tailor the delivery service to suit you. The Free Delivery Service that we offer is inline with, or better than, our main competitors Free Delivery Services. For specific details of this service please view the Free Delivery information box during the checkout process. In addition to this service we offer some specific upgrade features that we feel provide excellent value. These upgrade options include: Two Man Delivery, Unattended Delivery, AM or PM Delivery and Pallet Delivery Services.
Due to the variation in the box sizes and weights of our play systems, please refer to the information box on the delivery options page for product specific delivery information and prices. To make this easier we also offer the opportunity for you to register (or login) to Climbing Frames UK to view delivery information specific to your postcode. When you register we will take basic information such as your name and address, and we reference this against our surcharge areas and postcode zones to calculate the delivery prices for each product in your area. This enables you to browse the site as normal, but each product will display a 'Delivery Cost' section which will display an additional surcharges you may have to pay. Although the vast majority of our products and the UK delivery postcode areas incur no charges, this ensures that you are 100% clear what you will be paying before you decide on which item to purchase. Some areas may also incur a postcode surcharge, including the Scottish Highlands and Offshore locations, and a small minority of our products have a small standard delivery charge due to weight or length.

Delivery address
When ordering we offer the option for you to have delivery to an address of your choice. This can be entered by registering with Climbing Frames UK, or when you 'check out' and purchase the item of your choice.
Delivery time
Delivery times are normally within 14 Days unless indicated on the individual product pages. Once your order is placed we call within 24 hours to book a delivery day. If we are unable to deliver within this time then we will only proceed with your order if you agree to the longer Delivery period. Some products will be displayed as ‘Pre-Order’. This means that we are taking orders for the sets, normally on a fantastic special offer, and that it will be dispatched shortly after the displayed stock arrival date indicated next to the pre-order button.
Offshore & Remote Areas
Our Free Delivery Guarantee refers to deliveries within most of mainland UK (excluding highlands). Deliveries to the Channel Islands, Northern Ireland, Isle of Man, Isle of Wight, Orkney, Shetland and Scottish Isles or Highlands as well as some areas of Scotland may incur an extra Delivery charge.
