Manufacturers Limited Warranty

The manufacturer states that the product is free from defect in materials and workmanship for a period of one (1) year from the original date of purchase. This one (1) year warranty covers all parts including wood, hardware, and accessories. All wood carries a ten (10) year pro-rated warranty against rot and decay. Refer to the schedule below for charges associated with replacement of parts under this Limited Warranty. In addition, the manufacturer will replace any parts within the first 60 days from date of purchase found to be missing from or damaged in the original packaging. This warranty applies to the original owner and registrant and is non-transferable. Regular maintenance is required to assure maximum life and performance of this product and failure by the owner to maintain the product according to the maintenance requirements may void this warranty. Maintenance guidelines are provided in the Owner's Manual provided by the manufacturer.

This Limited Warranty does not cover:

• Labor for any inspection or Labor for replacement of any defective item(s)
• Incidental or consequential damages
• Cosmetic defects which do not affect performance or integrity of a part or the entire product
• Vandalism, improper use, failure due to loading or use beyond the capacities stated in the Assembly Manual.
• Acts of nature including but not limited to wind, storms, hail, floods, excessive water exposure
• Improper installation including but not limited to installation on uneven, unlevel, or soft ground
• Minor twisting, warping, checking, or any other natural occurring properties of wood that do not affect performance or integrity.

The manufacturer states that the product has been designed for safety and quality. Any modifications made to the original product could damage the structural integrity of the unit leading to failure and possible injury. Modification voids any and all warranties and the manufacturer will accept no liability for any modified products or consequences resulting from failure of a modified product.

This product is warranted for RESIDENTIAL USE ONLY. Under no circumstance should the product be used in public settings, such use may lead to product failure and potential injury. Any and all public use will void this warranty.

This Warranty gives you specific legal rights. You may have other rights as well which vary from state to state or country to country.

Fantastic playset

We invited my brother around to help us build, so with the three of us it only took us about 5 hours to put together. The instructions take you through step by step, and it is very handy that the wood is labelled. All in all a very sturdy play set and my kids love it.

Very good value for money

I am really pleased with this swingset. The kids love it, and it looks great. It took me about 12 hours (over 3 days) to assemble, just me on my own. I’d recommend getting someone to help you though, I imagine doing the build as a pair would go a lot quicker.

Really great swingset at a bargain price

This swingset was just what we had expected. My 3 year old loves it. It took two people approximately 8 hours to complete, and the instructions were easy to follow. I can definitely see my child playing on this for several years to come, so it is money well spent!

Just what we were looking for

If you want a nice, wooden swingset that doesn't cost a fortune and this one is definitely worth considering. After much research, we couldn’t find anything that compares for the price. My 3 year old son could barely wait for us to finish building it! Luckily the instructions were straight forward and easy to follow and to be honest my husband built most of it on his own over the weekend. I definitely recommend this product!!

Excellent swingset

What a great buy. The design is simple but has plenty to keep my 3 boys busy in the garden. It did take about 7 hours to put together but that seems to be about average for these kind of wooden swing sets.

Incredible value

We are very pleased with this product. We have a two year old girl who loves going on the swings at the park, so we wanted some for the back garden that she can enjoy at home. She is too young to need anything bigger with monkey bars etc so the Discovery is just perfect for her. We have put together a few pieces of flat pack furniture in the past and this was very similar, just on a larger scale for outdoors. It was easy to put together, with fully illustrated instructions. My husband and I did it in close to 6 hours. It's very sturdy and incredible value for money.

Easy to put together - it took us a day. Have at least one person there to help you otherwise it could take two days. A great product and the kids love it.

Discovery climbing frame

We've just put our Discovery climbing frame up today taken all day but well worth it, looks fantastic, kids have had full street over to play all evening. No bits missing and spare nuts etc. left over (hope they are spare not bits I`ve missed!). Just wanted to write you a short note to say well done, professional service from start to finish.
