The Selwood Crestwood Lodge is a beautiful playset, and not only is it manufactured to exceptional levels of build quality, it also provides all of the most popular features in an excellent value playset. A garden playset with a 1.52m (5ft) deck height, and a 3.65m open spiral slide makes this set amazing value for money.
The swingbeam can keep four busy at a time with the 2-child glider, and two belt swings. The solid rockwall provides a challenging way to get to the large playdeck, or there's always the flat step ladder to the rear of the playset if the children don't fancy the climb! The open sprial slide from the deck has curve that provides an additional 2 feet of ride when compared to comparitive straight slides, something appreciated by the children every time they use it!
The treehouse cabin looks stunning with its wooden roof, cabin windows and sundeck area measuring approximately 2.12 m by 1.05 m. Not only with the children love the playset, it will look great in the garden too.
This climbing frame is from our Premium range. Featuring large dimension lumber up to 10cm x 10cm (4inch x 4inch), higher deck heights at 1.5m (5ft) as standard and larger play decks. The higher deck means that the slide length is increased up to 3m (10ft), rockwalls are 30cm longer and there’s more standing room below the treehouse fort.
No concrete required! Our playsets have been designed so they can be built directly on top of the ground (a flat, level surface is required, grass is absolutely fine) and comes with fixing stakes which dig into the ground for extra stability.

Warranty
Manufacturers Limited Warranty
The manufacturer states that the product is free from defect in materials and workmanship for a period of one (1) year from the original date of purchase. This one (1) year warranty covers all parts including wood, hardware, and accessories. All wood carries a ten (10) year warranty against rot and decay. Refer to the schedule associated with replacement of parts under this Warranty. In addition, the manufacturer will replace any parts within the first 60 days from date of purchase found to be missing from or damaged in the original packaging. This warranty applies to the original owner and registrant and is non-transferable. Regular maintenance is required to assure maximum life and performance of this product and failure by the owner to maintain the product according to the maintenance requirements may void this warranty. Maintenance guidelines are provided in the Owner's Manual provided by the manufacturer.
This Limited Warranty does not cover:
- Labour for any inspection or Labour for replacement of any defective item(s)
- Incidental or consequential damages
- Cosmetic defects which do not affect performance or integrity of a part or the entire product
- Vandalism, improper use, failure due to loading or use beyond the capacities stated in the Assembly Manual.
- Acts of nature including but not limited to wind, storms, hail, floods, excessive water exposure
- Improper installation including but not limited to installation on uneven, unlevel, or soft ground
- Minor twisting, warping, checking, or any other natural occurring properties of wood that do not affect performance or integrity.
The manufacturer states that the product has been designed for safety and quality. Any modifications made to the original product could damage the structural integrity of the unit leading to failure and possible injury. Modification voids any and all warranties and the manufacturer will accept no liability for any modified products or consequences resulting from failure of a modified product.
This product is warranted for RESIDENTIAL USE ONLY. Under no circumstance should the product be used in public settings, such use may lead to product failure and potential injury. Any and all public use will void this warranty.
This Warranty gives you specific legal rights. You may have other rights as well which vary from state to state or country to country.
Please note, where a curved slide is part of the set you have purchased, please ensure this is checked upon delivery for any scrapes/scrathes etc. Please note this on the POD and contact us straight away. If the POD is signed clear and then damage is noticed afterwards, charges may apply for replacement pieces.

Crestwood Lodge
The Crestwood Lodge takes time to assemble as it is a big play system - but certainly worth it. It took me, a carpenter by trade a full day to put together on my own. The instructions were picture based and very detailed and were helpful. My children are 3 and 4 now and I think that they will use this system right till they are 10/11 no worries. I just need to seal it now its built! we are very pleased with our purchase and we also got it on sale!
We highly recommend this swing set
We highly recommend the Crestwood Lodge Swing Set. I would highly recommend this swing set. It is very sturdy and the children love it. I was able to construct this in one weekend, and I am by no means a DIYer. I spent the first part of the project labeling every piece of wood prior to building, and I would suggest anyone buying this do the same. I was able to construct this with minimal help from my wife. This is a 2 person project and can be completed easily in a weekend. Excellent product with some nice play features - the 12ft slide is a big big hit!

I would recommend 1 person to assemble and another to read directions and to select pieces. the wood is not labeled, would be nice if they would mark the pieces some at the factory, although this would probably add to the price. We had no missing pieces or broken parts and the directions were great. Overall it's a great playset that is well made and will last for many, many years. My children love it and it looks great. All the neighbours are asking to come over to our awesome playset. GREAT Product! Fun, Fun, Fun!!!

Good Play Centre for the money! – Selwood Adventure Playsets Crestwood Lodge Backyard Playground
My 7 year old daughter loves it! Quality wood in my set no big splits or cracks,and all cedar construction. No missing wood pieces in my set,only thing I was short was the 4 bolts to hold swing beam on, ran to B&Q and picked those up. It took myself and my friend about 12 hours to put up. I'm pretty handy and he is a carpenter. Sort out all pieces before you start, made job a lot easier, We put some of it together in my garage, and took it out to the garden before it got to heavy. All in all for the money it is a nice set! We looked at rainbow, i could not justify spending £5000 on a Rainbow Swing Set when the Crestwood Lodge was a fraction of the price. Good choice!!!
