Top 5 lunch box Ideas

These days, school dinners are probably healthier than most packed lunches.
It may be difficult to make sure that your child’s packed lunch is as healthy as the school dinners.
You will need to make sure that the lunch is also brain boosting and provides your child with energy as well as being healthy.

– Protein foods – These are meat, fish, eggs, beans and others.
– A dairy item – This could be cheese, yoghurt or milk.
– Vegetables or salad, and a portion of fruit.
