Backyard Adventures Jurassic Treehouse Tri Tower. The ultimate in residential playsystems features a large 36sqft playdeck, 36sqft tower playdeck and 30sqft sundeck area. This means your children can enjoy over 100sqft of play area above the ground and the same under the treehouse decks. The Treehouse is 5ft from the ground and is accessible from the 4ft high sundeck. The tower has a deck height of 7ft and is accessible from either the rockwall or the treehouse. There is both a Turbo enclosed spiral slide from the rear of the wooden garden playsystem and a Rocket slide from the front of the playset. the gangplank runs alongside the slide at the front of the set.
The swing beam has a fantastic range of features including a tyre swing, mega rider and belt swing. The solid 7ft rockwall provides a fantastic challenge for children as they grow. Having this playset will really make your children the envy of all their friends.

Warranty
All wood, Rocket Slides™, Super Slides, Turbo Slides, powder-coated steel components, and hardware are covered by a Limited Lifetime Warranty, that is, they are warranted for so long as the original owner owns such parts, accessories and components against rot and decay or defects in workmanship and materials that affect the structural integrity of the parts, accessories and components. In the event of any rot, decay or defect during the period, BACKYARD ADVENTURES will remedy the defect as described herein, without charge to the purchaser for parts, as soon as practical. The remedy will consist of repair or replacement of the product, or refund of the purchase price, at the discretion of BACKYARD ADVENTURES after opportunity to inspect the alleged defect or photographs thereof. However, BACKYARD ADVENTURES will not elect to refund the purchase price unless it is unable to provide a replacement, and repair is not commercially practicable or cannot be made within a reasonable time. All freight and labor charges will be the responsibility of the purchaser.
