Manufacturers Limited Warranty

The manufacturer states that the product is free from defect in materials and workmanship for a period of one (1) year from the original date of purchase. This one (1) year warranty covers all parts including wood, hardware, and accessories. All wood carries a five (5) year pro-rated warranty against rot and decay. Refer to the schedule below for charges associated with replacement of parts under this Limited Warranty. In addition, the manufacturer will replace any parts within the first 60 days from date of purchase found to be missing from or damaged in the original packaging. This warranty applies to the original owner and registrant and is non-transferable. Regular maintenance is required to assure maximum life and performance of this product and failure by the owner to maintain the product according to the maintenance requirements may void this warranty. Maintenance guidelines are provided in the Owner's Manual provided by the manufacturer.

This Limited Warranty does not cover:

• Labour for any inspection or Labour for replacement of any defective item(s)
• Incidental or consequential damages
• Cosmetic defects which do not affect performance or integrity of a part or the entire product
• Vandalism, improper use, failure due to loading or use beyond the capacities stated in the Assembly Manual.
• Acts of nature including but not limited to wind, storms, hail, floods, excessive water exposure
• Improper installation including but not limited to installation on uneven, unlevel, or soft ground
• Minor twisting, warping, checking, or any other natural occurring properties of wood that do not affect performance or integrity.

The manufacturer states that the product has been designed for safety and quality. Any modifications made to the original product could damage the structural integrity of the unit leading to failure and possible injury. Modification voids any and all warranties and the manufacturer will accept no liability for any modified products or consequences resulting from failure of a modified product.

This product is warranted for RESIDENTIAL USE ONLY. Under no circumstance should the product be used in public settings, such use may lead to product failure and potential injury. Any and all public use will void this warranty.

This Warranty gives you specific legal rights. You may have other rights as well which vary from state to state or country to country.

Well worth the pains!

 Thank you very much for a great product, excellent value and quality. Is now a great feature in our garden and my son absolutely loves it. Tips on building: Spend time laying out all the components in order. Looks very daunting when it first arrives in boxes. Instructions are excellent. Must admit it took me two days to build and it poured with rain for both days. Well worth the effort though!! Thanks!

Atlantis playset

My husband and I had been looking at different climbing frames for ages before we saw the Atlantis and decided to buy it for our 5 year old and 3 year old triplets. My husband is quite good at DIY and was able to complete 90% of it on his own in about 8 hours. Make sure you take some time at the very beginning to seperate parts. The best thing is to lay them out according to labeled numbers. My husband loved that all the wood pieces were labeled for him! This made it very easy to organise and assemble.

I have to admit, we were a little bit overwhelmed when we first opened the boxes as there are so many pieces! But once we got started and had built the first few steps it went together really easily. The playset looks nice and the kids are having a blast on it. All in all a great playset at a good price.

My daughter loves it!

What can I say – the Atlantis is sturdy and my daughter has loves playing on it any chance she can! The build was straight forward. It was really helpful having all of the hardware separated into little bags.

Great value for money

This is a good swingset for the money. My husband put it together by himself, I helped a bit – mainly by reading out the instructions to him and of course keeping the kids out of his way! It only took him about 8 or 10 hours in total, from start to finish. The kids are really happy with it so we are glad we got it.

Atlantis swingset

My wife and I are very pleased with this product overall. I did a lot of the construction by myself, my brother helped a bit as well which was a big help. My daughter is just turning 2 and is learning to do the stairs by herself, and she can just about climb up the rock wall with a little bit of help as well.

Atlantis climbing frame swing set. Fantastic product. Well made, sturdy, great design. Looks good We searched for over a year for a product that was value for money, compact enough for our small garden and looked good. The staff at climbing frames UK were more than helpful with advice on products and also arranging delivery for us. (Especially since they were overwhelmed with orders for this product) We bought this for our son and daughter for their 4th and 2nd birthdays and they are utterly thrilled. They love the little area underneath and use it as a shop window. The wood seems very sturdy and durable and it also has a lovely Cedar smell (I just cant help smelling it) The playset comes in two large flat -ish boxes, every piece of wood is stamped with an alphanumeric and the bolts/screws all bagged and labelled. We started by opening the boxes and laying each piece out and transferring the bolts into little tubs – this can take a while so set aside an hour or so for cataloguing. My husband and Brother (with a little help from me and a power tool) took two days to build it at a slightly faster than leisurely pace, once you get going its quite simple, trying to keep the children from running away with parts is however, not as simple!! I love the flat stairs, especially for my 2 year old, along with a wooden roof; this was a big prerequisite for any play centre we previously looked at. Ive already recommended this set to a family member who came for a viewing last night and the children are currently the envy of the street. Im glad we paid a little bit more than our budget, we are very happy with it, there is nothing comparable in the price range, everything else is a good £300 more expensive for the same type of thing.
